Cooking is creation and I love to create healthful, delicious meals that meet the requirements for a nutritionally sound diet.  On this page you will find recipes that I made up, mostly on the fly; I tend to think of adding ingredients as I go and I usually use my sense of smell to guide me.

As you will notice, I have categorized the recipes so you can easily find what you are looking for.  I hope you enjoy them and use my love of cooking as a springboard to create your very own delicious and healthy meals!
